Members & Nonmembers – Why Donate?

Donations help us fund our annual operating budget.

Expenses like tools for maintaining our membership rolls are covered through our membership dues.  Also membership fees help us pay for web hosting, content management tools, licenses and subscriptions. The largest portion of our donations goes to the advocacy and research organizations that our monthly program speakers represent.

Program fees typically only cover the cost of our monthly education events.

The first $50 of your membership contribution is used to support candidate elections through our Small Donor Committee (SDC), DWBC relies on the balance to fund operating expenses*.

Member’s get access to all DWBC events, recordings of monthly meetings, discounts & other various priviledges that nonmembers do not get.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

*DWBC chooses to transfer up to $50 per individual donor per year to DWBC - Small Donor Committee.

Additional donations support general expenses and contributions allowed by 501(c)4 organizations.  Donations and Membership dues are NOT tax deductible.
